Are you the sales driven person who finds energy in a data driven approach, who can both do sales by yourself, but also support the rest of the sales force in Denmark and Sweden with qualitative leads based on data?
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Business Development Manager (BDM) that can promote and advice regarding our safety products within flexible barriers / mirrors towards potential customers especially in Zealand and the Islands, Denmark, and Sweden. You should generate qualified leads via data / analysis, create suitable quotes, and process purchase orders. If relevant you should also be able to visit the customers physically to conduct a site survey and therefore better understand the customers’ needs – and find the right solution.
To be successful as an BDM you should be able to build instant connection and achieve customer satisfaction. A top BDM should also be very competitive and a good listener, but still be able to work for the bigger purpose.
Inside Sales Executives Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities / leads via data (Project Portals).
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Supporting our Sales Force with e.g. finding and booking of installation partners in Denmark and Sweden.
BDM Requirements:
- Previous experience with Inside Sales or a related sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software such as Navision.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Scandinavian mindset, so you can work cross-border.
- Good organizational skills and have a can-do attitude.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- If you have experience within the safety product area, then it will be a plus.

Your main location of work will be the Head Office in Slangerup, Banegraven 6. It will also be possible to sometimes work from home or you need to go to the customer’s site.
You will report to the Operations Director located in Slangerup but will have a dotted line towards our Commercial Director in Germany.
